Centro Distro ("Centro," "we," "us") operates centrodistro.com. This page explains what we collect on this site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only.
What we collect
Information you give us. Our contact form asks for your first name, last name and email address. If you book a call, the scheduling tool records the time you chose and the email address you booked with. If you write to hola@centrodistro.com, we hold that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site or search that referred you. This happens through HubSpot, which hosts this website and provides its analytics.
What we do not collect. No payment details, no government identifiers, no health information and no special-category data. We do not ask about anyone's cannabis use and you should not send it to us.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for two purposes: to make the site work, and to measure how it is used. You will see a consent banner on your first visit. You can decline non-essential cookies there, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Declining analytics cookies does not restrict access to anything on this site.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and, where relevant, discuss whether Centro is a fit for your business
- To schedule and prepare for calls
- To understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them
- To keep records of business correspondence
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to build profiles for third parties.
Who else handles it
We use third-party services to run this site and our business, and your information passes through them:
- HubSpot — website hosting, forms, CRM, email and analytics
- Elfsight — the social feed embedded on the home page
- LinkedIn — the feed shown here is public LinkedIn content, and following our links to LinkedIn puts you under LinkedIn's own policies
Each of these processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not control what any third-party site does once you leave ours.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions and correspondence stay in our CRM for as long as there is a live or plausible business relationship, and are removed on request. Automatically collected analytics data follows HubSpot's own retention periods.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to hola@centrodistro.com and we will handle it. If you are in the EU, the UK, California or anywhere else with statutory data rights, those rights apply and we will honor them regardless of where we are based. We will not charge you and we will not ask you to justify the request.
Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Age
This site is for licensed cannabis businesses and the people who work in them. It is not directed at anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Security
We rely on HubSpot's infrastructure and standard access controls. No website can promise perfect security and we are not going to pretend otherwise. We deliberately keep the amount of data we hold small.
International visitors
Centro Distro operates from Arizona, in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information is processed here.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
